This great mat can be used thousands of times as it provides an amazing non-stick surface.  Just place on your cookie sheet or jelly-roll pan and bake your most delicate cookies, pastries, and more!  Things just don't stick to it.  Then simply wash it in warm sudsy water.  We even use it here for roasting tomatoes and potatoes!  Anything that might either be messy or tends to stick!  No longer any hours of soaking before washing!
